This Data Privacy Policy outlines how “NOUSPRATIT” with its registered office at Agios Stefanos Attica Greece, collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal data when a Customer, User, or website visitor (hereinafter referred to as “you,” “your,” “yours”) interacts with our Application, website, or seeks information about our Application as a potential customer.

#### (i) Customer Data: 

Personal data collected, processed, and managed on behalf of our business customers (“Customers”) through the Synapsis online platform, NousCipality,NousAppartment web or mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). This includes: 

– **Identification, employment & contact data:** First name, last name, email, phone, mobile phone, job title, address, date of birth, profile photos, and login credentials. 

– **Device-generated data:** Data from device sensors, such as date and time of recording, mobile device metadata, and settings-related information (e.g., activation/deactivation of GPS, Wi-Fi, and background services). 

To facilitate this, the Application uses Google Maps API services. By using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined in the [Google Maps and Google Earth Additional Terms of Service](https://www.google.com/intl/en_US/help/terms_maps.html) and the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). 

– **Communications and submissions:** Data from forms, inquiries, feedback, testimonials, and support requests, which may include written correspondences, screen recordings, and related documentation. 

#### (ii) User Data: 

Personal data concerning individuals interacting with Synapsis Platform on behalf of our Customers (“Users”). We process such data under the instruction of the respective Customer, including: 

– **Identification and contact data:** Name, email, phone number, workplace, job title, and login credentials. 

This data may be collected directly from you or through third parties, including your employer or colleagues. 

#### (iii) Website Data: 

Information relating to visitors of our web apps and prospective customers, users, or partners (“Web Visitors”): 

– **Identification & contact data:** First name, last name, email, phone number, and job title. 

### Data Use & Lawful Bases 

We use personal data for: 

– **Consent:** For specific activities requiring your explicit approval.
